1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

Soak gelatin in cold water and dissolve, heat over low heat until completely dissolved and put into cream. Beat chilled cream to stiff peaks that hold well on raised corolla. Combine whipped cream with chilled custard to room temperature and mix until smooth. 2 tablespoons of cream to put in a separate bowl, and the rest of the cream to shift the two sliced ​​cake and collect the cake. 4. For the preparation of the second cream, it is necessary: ​​to add the almond essence to the shelled custard and mix thoroughly. Soak gelatin in cold water and dissolve, heat over low heat until completely dissolved and add 2 tablespoons of cream. Beat the remaining cream and add a cream with essence and chilled gelatin.
