Baked chicken with garlic and rosemary

Serve chicken: 4 recipes

For 4 servings:

1 chicken carcass (about 1.4 kg)
2 sprigs of thyme and rosemary

Baked with garlic and rosemary

4 lemons • a pinch of dried thyme
3 tbsp. l. olive oil
1 tbsp. l. honey
4 onions
1 head of garlic • salt • pepper

Heat the oven to 180 °. Wash the chicken and drain it well with a paper towel. Sprigs of thyme and rosemary wash and dry. One lemon cut in half and squeeze out the fruit from the fruit. The second lemon cut into small slices, mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of dried thyme. Salt and pepper.

The resulting mixture stuff a chicken carcass. The hole is fastened with small skewers.

Lemon juice mixed with honey and smeared chicken. Cut the remaining lemons into halves and lay them on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Peel the onion and cut into slices. The garlic head is peeled from the husk, cut in half and put on a baking sheet with onions.

Top the chicken carcass and bake for about 1 hour. If the top start-not burn, cover with foil.
