* potatoes large — 4 PCs.
* bacon-200 g
* mushrooms-200 g


* canned corn-1 handful
* dill-a few twigs
* sour cream-4 tsp
* salt, pepper-to taste

1. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly and place on a baking sheet. Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 40 minutes.
2. At this time, chop the bacon cubes and mushrooms into thin slices. Fry the bacon in a dry pan until Golden brown, and then transfer to a bowl. In the same pan fry the mushrooms until they evaporate all the moisture. Return the bacon back to the pan and stir.
3. Each potato cut lengthwise up the middle, season with salt and pepper.
4.Put a teaspoon of sour cream and a little corn in the center. Add mushrooms with bacon and sprinkle with chopped dill.
