Baked ribs in sweet and sour glaze

 

Ingredients for 6 servings:
pork ribs 1.8 kg
salt & pepper to taste

corn starch 1/2 tsp
honey 2 tablespoons
soy sauce 4 tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon

Preparation recipe:

Cut the rib plates into sections of 2-3 ribs. RUB with salt and pepper and put on a baking sheet in one layer. Send in a preheated oven to 170 degrees. Bake until soft, about an hour (time may increase depending on the quality of the ribs and the characteristics of a particular oven). Prepare the glaze. To do this, combine all the ingredients in a saucepan. Put on the stove and cook, with constant stirring, until thick, about 2-3 minutes. In the last quarter of the time of baking the ribs begin to lubricate them with glaze. Grease — and back into the oven. Repeat 3 times. Ready-made ribs are served with fresh vegetables or other garnish of your choice.
