Beef in Korean

The recipe for cooking beef in Korean style.

Ingredients
sweet pepper (red, yellow, green) — 3 pods
chili pepper — 1 pod
bulb — 1 pc.
garlic — 2 cloves

Beef in Korean

daikon — 1 pc.
oyster mushrooms — 300 g
beef pulp — 300 g
vegetable oil — 4 tbsp. l.
soy sauce — 3 tbsp. l.
rice noodles (fuchsa) — 300 g
chopped cilantro — 2 tbsp. l.
salt, ground red pepper — to taste
Preparation:

Sweet peppers cut into thin strips. Chili pepper, removing the seeds, finely chopped. Onions cut into half rings, let the garlic pass through the press, and grate the daikon on a large grater. Veshenki cut into plates, meat — thin strips.

In a large frying pan heat the vegetable oil and, stirring, fry the meat for 5 minutes. Add the onions, daikon and fry for another 4 minutes. To prepare this dish, it is better to use a frying pan-wok: in it, vegetables and meat will be roasted more evenly. Put the mushrooms with sweet pepper and chili, stir and fry for 5 minutes. Add garlic, pour in soy sauce, add salt, pepper and stew for 5 minutes. Funchosa according to the instructions on the package. Stir with meat stewed with vegetables, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and immediately serve.
