Beef with green sauce

The original recipe for cooking all your favorite meat, which will be an excellent dinner for the whole family.

Ingredients
pulp of beef — 700 g
bulb — 1 pc.
garlic — 2 cloves
carrots — 1 pc.

Beef with green sauce

celery — 1/4 of the root
bay leaves — 2 pcs.
peas of sweet pepper — several
dried spicy greens — 1 tbsp. l.
wild garlic — 150 g
cream (fat content of 20%) — 400 ml
white dry wine — 3 tbsp. l.
salt, ground black pepper — to taste
Preparation
Wash the beef pulp and put it in a saucepan. Peel onion and garlic and cut into halves. Carrots and celery root should be cleaned and thoroughly washed.

Prepared vegetables put to meat in a pan. Pour 1.5 liters of hot water, put on fire, bring to a boil and remove the foam. Put bay leaf, sweet pepper, dried herbs and cook on low heat, 1,5-2 h.

For the sauce of wild garlic, wash it well, and dry it in a bowl of blender. Add cream, white dry wine and grind all together. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Remove the prepared beef from the pan and split into small pieces. Broth can be used to make soup or sauce. Meat served on the table with the resulting sauce. You can decorate with greens.
