Fresh blueberries-1.25 cups
Sugar-2 tablespoons
Water-3 tablespoons
Lemon juice-1 tablespoon
Vanilla ice cream-950 g

In the processor, grind crackers and nuts to crumbs. Add the softened butter and beat again. Pour into the cake tin, firmly tamp the cake. Place in an oven heated to 175 degrees and bake until Golden brown for about 10 minutes. Cool completely. In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, water and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook until blueberries start to explode (about 10 minutes). Cool completely. Put 450 g of ice cream on a cooled base, half of blueberry filling and put the mold in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then remove and put the remaining ice cream and blueberries. Return to the freezer and leave for at least 2 hours.Remove 10 minutes before serving.
