Buckwheat porridge with mushrooms and herbs

 

Ingredients (for 2-4 servings):

buckwheat (kernel – — 200 g,
fresh mushrooms (mushrooms, oyster mushrooms or chanterelles) — 500 g,
onions (large) — 2 PCs – ,


carrots (average) — 2 PCs – ,
coriander ground-to taste,
dried marjoram-1 teaspoon,
fresh parsley-1 bunch,
vegetable oil for frying,
salt – to taste.

Preparation:

Boil the buckwheat with the salt. While it is being prepared, cut the onion into medium cubes, chop the carrot on a large grater, cut the mushrooms arbitrarily. On a well-heated vegetable oil first until Golden brown fry onions, then put the carrots and sauté for 5-7 minutes, then enter the mushrooms and season with marjoram. Fry everything for another 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Mix the resulting roast with buckwheat porridge, season with coriander and finely chopped parsley, if necessary, add salt. You can add more vegetable oil. In addition, if you like spicy, you can put garlic (2-3 cloves) passed through the press or chopped chili.
