Bulgarian salad

Tomato (medium) — 4 PCs.
Cucumber (medium) — 4 PCs.
Red pepper (sweet) — 1 PC .
Onion — 1/2 PCs.
Feta cheese — 60 gr.
Olives (for decoration to taste) — 20 gr.
Salt (to taste) — 2 gr.
Pepper (to taste) — 2 oz.
Olive oil-15 gr.
Vinegar (to taste) — 10 gr.


Pepper bake in the oven at 200 degrees about 25 minutes. Ready peppers wrapped in a bag and leave for 10 minutes (so it will be easier to remove the skin).
Clean the pepper from the skin and cut into long strips.
Cheese grate on a coarse grater. Onion cut into thin feathers.
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Cucumbers to clear from peel and cut polukruzhochkami.
