Cake from 2 types of chocolate


The foundation:
60 g cookie crumbs
5 tablespoons butter

Cake from 2 types of chocolate

375 g cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
200 g dark chocolate
200 g milk chocolate
3/4 cup cocoa

150 ml heavy whipping cream
150 g chocolate

Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
In a food processor, whisk the biscuits to fine crumb and then mix with melted butter. Tamp on the bottom of the mold, pre-oiled and covered with baking paper. Bake base for 10 minutes.
Change the temperature in the oven to 190 degrees. While the oven is heating up, melt the chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave.
In a clean food processor, whip cream cheese with sugar and cocoa, beat the eggs. Add the melted chocolate, whisk thoroughly with the rest of the added ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour the cream on the base and bake in the oven for about an hour. Cool and refrigerate for a couple of hours, preferably overnight.
For the glaze, melt the chocolate in a water bath. In the melted chocolate, add whipped cream. Beat until smooth. Wait until the cream has cooled and pour them a cake.
