● Flour — 200 g
● Butter — 100 g
● Water — 1.5 cups.
● Sugar — 50 g
● Salt — a pinch.

For filling:
● Kiwi — 3 pieces.
● Bananas — 2 pcs.
● Strawberry — 300g
● Apples — 2 pcs.
● Cherry or Cherry — 400 g


Sift the flour into a bowl and salt, sugar and cut into small cubes, add the butter (butter should be cold, but not icy).

Egg fill all the possible «pores» on the surface of the dough and the filling will not leak and will retain a crispy pastry. Bake for another 5 minutes. Everything is ready, now the basis of the dough can be filled with stuffing.

Wash all fruits and berries, dried.
Cut and lay out on the baked cake, alternating fruits with berries.
Korzh lubricate any jam.
Decorate — pour syrup cake made of fruit juice mixed with gelatin.
