Cream —
butter 300 g
condensed milk 450 g
vanillin (on the tip of the knife)
Cognac 1.5 UF.

Syrup —
Heat water with sugar in a saucepan over low heat (Do not boil!) Until sugar is dissolved. Drain. Add brandy.
Sugar 130 g
water 120 g
Cognac 1 tbsp.

P.S, Bake sponge cakes 25 -30 minutes t 180-190 gr.

PREPARATION:

For molds with a diameter of 20 cm — the weight and volume of all ingredients multiplied by 1.23.
For molds with a diameter of 22 cm — the weight and volume of all ingredients multiplied by 1.49.
For a form with a diameter of 24 cm — the weight and volume of all ingredients multiplied by 1.78.
For molds with a diameter of 26 — the weight and volume of all ingredients multiplied by 2.09.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
In the same way, bake a dark biscuit. Cool the cakes and wrap with a film until the morning.
Next day, prepare the cream and collect the cake.
Cut each cake in half.
Prepare the cream, for which we take the butter at room temperature and beat with a mixer, then add the condensed milk at room temperature in parts and beat for another 2-3 minutes. Add vanilla, 1 tbsp. l brandy and mix. The cream is ready.
Putting 1/3 of the cream in a separate container and add cocoa. This cream will go to decorate the top of the cake.
We make impregnation for cake layers. We take water, sugar and cognac. Heat water with sugar in a saucepan over low heat (Do not boil!) Until sugar is dissolved. Cool and add brandy. Syrup is ready.

We collect the cake. We spread dark biscuits, lubricate with cream, then white and lubricate with cream. In this case, do not forget to soak every cake. Leave a little white cream to decorate the sides of the cake. Cover the top of the cake with a dark cream, on which we make a mesh of white cream. Decorate the sides of the cake with dark ruffles. Then do curls white cream at the junction of the top and end (nozzle — asterisk).
Put the cake in the fridge soak.
