The dough should be boiled in a water bath, this will allow us to get soft cakes, because the brewed flour is able to retain moisture. 7. Pierce the layer in several places with a fork, bake in a preheated 170 degree oven at an average level for about 5 minutes. Then the still warm cake to be cut. Do not cut the dough before baking, it can deform and get you a lot of cakes of different sizes and as a result of sloppy cake.

9. It turns out about 15 thin neat cakes with a diameter of 22 cm.

For maple caramel:
120 g sugar
30 g of water
20 g butter
3 tablespoons maple syrup
100 g of hot heavy cream

In a small pot put sugar and water, put on fire.

400-500 ml of heavy cream (33-35%)
vanilla powdered sugar and maple syrup to taste

Beat the cream cheese with sugar and maple syrup with a mixer at medium   d cool it all together. Then beat until stable peaks.
3. Stir with a spatula first a third of the cream in the cheese mass. then all the rest. We’ll make a delicate cream.
Put the cake together.

Take the cake. spread a layer of cream 3-5 mm, then pour the caramel sauce on top, sprinkle with nuts and close the next cake. And so until we reach the last cake. The last cake carefully gloss over the cream and coat the sides of cake.
