CAKE NAPOLEON WITH RASPBERRY

 

Today I wanted to share my version of the recipe for crimson Napoleon, but it’s far from the classic custard cake, it’s more like a cross with Malfay. I hope you like this version of the famous cake, even if you are not a fan of it.

You will need:

Dough:

flour — 400 g
sour cream — 200 g

CAKE NAPOLEON WITH RASPBERRY

Butter — 200 g
salt — 0.5 tsp

Cream:

mascarpone — 350 g
whole milk condensed milk 250 g
cream 33% — 35% — 350 g
vanilla to taste

Impregnation:

raspberry — 200 g
sugar — 40 g

How to cook:

1. Softened butter, sour cream, salt and flour to mix and knead a homogeneous dough.
Send the dough for an hour in the refrigerator.
The cooled dough is divided into 8 parts and each rolled to a thin crust.
Bake each cake at 180 ° C for about 5 minutes until the cake blushes and becomes crispy.
While the cake is hot, cut out a circle of the desired diameter, and the trimming can be left for decoration.

2. Raspberry (you can use frozen) mix with sugar, cover and put on a slow fire, until the berry starts to let the juice and sugar dissolve.

3. For the cream, whip the mascarpone, gradually adding the condensed milk and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, which should be held in the freezer for about 10 minutes, whip the cream until lush. Stir in the whipped cream to the mascarpone cream and the condensed milk.

4. In the assembly cake is simple — grease raspberry syrup cakes, then distribute the cream and so on until the cakes are over)
As for the decor, you can use the classic method and sprinkle the cake with crumbs from the scraps, and you can lubricate the cake with cream, decorate with fresh flowers, raspberry and a sprig of mint.

By the way, I indicated the amount of products for the cream, which is more than enough to enrich it profusely. After a night in the fridge, the cake will have the taste that I can recommend.
