Calzone stuffed with mashed potatoes


olive oil
450 g pizza dough, room temperature, divided into 4 parts
250 g-mashed potatoes at room temperature
4 pieces of bacon
1/4-1/2 Cup milk

Calzone stuffed with mashed potatoes

55 g — soft goat cheese
salt and pepper
green onion
100 g grated cheese (cheddar)

235 ml-Greek yogurt
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp — Dor blue
salt and pepper
garlic powder, to taste

Heat the oven to 230 degrees. Lightly grease with olive oil a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Fry bacon until crispy crust on both sides for about 7-10 minutes. Blot in a paper towel to remove excess fat, and finely chop.
In a food processor whisk the puree with the milk and goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped bacon and green onions, stirring with a spatula.
Roll out all pieces of dough. In the middle put 1/4 of all of the puree on one half of the dough circle, then put grated cheddar. Repeat with the rest of the dough and stuffing.
Close the calzone, secure the dough. Place the calzone on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until Golden brown. Let cool before serving.
While calzone is baked, prepare the sauce. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve calzone with the sauce.
