Caramel Panna cotta


Ingredients for 4 servings:
sugar 125 grams
cream 22% fat (you can take fat more or less to your liking) 500 ml. gelatin 8 grams

Preparation recipe:

Caramel Panna cotta

Gelatin is soaked in 4 tablespoons of cold water. Put the sugar in a ladle and melt on a small fire to the state of caramel. Pour into the caramel warmed cream, stirring constantly. If the caramel is partially frozen — warmed, stirring occasionally, until the inclusions will not melt. Pour the creamy caramel into the swollen gelatin and stir with a whisk until the latter dissolves. Pour the preparation in a bowl and put into the fridge until fully hardened, about 3-4 hours. Serve with whipped cream (optional). Bon appetit!
