Casserole of pork and mushrooms


Ingredients (for 4 persons):
• 20 gr. dried porcini mushrooms
* 200 gr. champignons’
* 450 gr. porks

Casserole of pork and mushrooms

• 1 bulb
• 2 cloves of garlic
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 2 tablespoons of crushed sage
• 150 ml red wine
* 250 gr. cream or sour cream

1. Heat the olive oil in a heat-resistant pan. Fry the pork, cut into large bars for 5-6 minutes. She’s got to be good at Browning.
2. Put on the same pan chopped onions, chopped garlic and ceps (which must be pre-soaked in boiling water for about 15 minutes). Fry the mixture for 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes soft.
3. Add wine, cream, half sage and bring to a boil.
4. Remove the frying pan from the heat, cover it with a lid and place it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
5. The finished dish sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and the remaining sage.
