Casserole with pork tenderloin and potatoes

A hearty casserole, which will completely come down as a main dish for dinner.

potatoes — 800 g
bulb — 1 pc.

Casserole with pork tenderloin and potatoes

green onion — 2 stems
tomatoes — 3 pcs.
pork tenderloin — 600 g
vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. l.
Thyme — 1 sprig
meat or vegetable broth — 250 ml
cream (20% fat content) — 350 ml
grated hard cheese — 100 g
salt, freshly ground black pepper — to taste
Cook potatoes for 10 minutes in salted water. Straw the tubers on a plate, allow to cool and clean. Cut into large slices.

Onions peel and cut into cubes. Wash the spring onion and cut into large rings. Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes. Pork cut into large slices. Each is discarded and lightly browned on both sides in vegetable oil.

Put the meat in a mold, alternating with the potatoes. On top distribute onions, green onions and tomatoes. Sprinkle with thyme leaves.

Blend the broth with cream, salt and pepper. Pour meat with vegetables. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 180 °.
