Cauliflower Casserole

The recipe for cooking a light vegetable casserole.

Ingredients
cauliflower — 500 g

Cauliflower Casserole

broccoli — 500 g
bulb — 1 pc.
garlic — 1 clove
Butter — 50 g
flour — 20 g
broth — 200 ml
cream (fat content of 20%) — 300 ml
Grated cheese — 150 g
bread crumbs — 2 tbsp. l.
salt, ground black pepper — to taste
Preparation
Color cauliflower and broccoli to clean and divide into inflorescences. Boil in salted water for 5 minutes. Throw in a colander.

Peel onion and garlic, finely chop and brown on butter. Add flour and mix. Fry, stirring, 3 min. Pour broth and cream. Stirring, bring to a boil. Salt and pepper. Pour half of the cheese and, stirring, melt it in the sauce.

Mix cauliflower and broccoli with breadcrumbs. Put it in the form. Pour the previously prepared sauce, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 180 °.
