Chanakhi in the slow cooker


We will need:

The flesh of mutton – 500 g,
Potatoes-500 g,
Eggplant – 1 PC.,
Carrots – 2 PCs.,

Onions-1 PC.,
Tomatoes in own juice – 400 g,
Garlic-3-4 cloves,
Black pepper, salt – to taste,
Greens – to taste.

Clean the eggplant from the skin, cut into cubes, put in a bowl. Squeeze the garlic from the top through the press and put the tomatoes, salt and add some water. Cook in «Quenching» mode for 40 min.

Serve with greens and pita bread.
