«CHARLOTTE» WITH MANGO

Ingredients:

For a biscuit:

Eggs — 2 PCs.
Flour-60 g
Sugar-60 g

For the mousse:

Yogurt with mango flavor-400 ml
Cream 33% — 400 ml
Canned mango — ½ cans
The syrup from the jar — 100 ml
Instant gelatin-4 tsp
Powdered sugar-3-4 tablespoons.

For the syrup:

Sugar-100 g
Water-100 ml
Rum or cognac-1 tablespoon

For jelly:

Canned mango — ½ banks and 1 piece for decoration
Gelatin-1 tsp
Sugar-1-2 tablespoons.

Preparation:

7. Jelly. From the remaining mango (putting 1 piece) prepare with a blender puree. Gelatin pour syrup, add sugar and heat in the microwave until it dissolves. Mix with mashed potatoes, wipe through a sieve.
8. Pour the top of the cake first half jelly, put in the refrigerator, and then pour the rest. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
9. Before serving, decorate with whipped cream, mango slices and mint.
