Chicken in a Caribbean way — tasty and healthy diet!

A recipe for lovers of pure diet: a chicken in the Caribbean. For 4 servings of 347 kcal.

Ingredients
Orange peel and juice — from 1 pc.
Lime peel and juice — from 1 pc.

garlic — 4 cloves
cinnamon — ½ tsp.
Grated ginger root — 1 tsp.
nutmeg — on the tip of the knife
Hot sauce Tabasco — 1 tsp.
chicken breast — 4 fillets
vegetable oil — 1 tbsp.
tomatoes canned in own juice — 240 g
Salt and ground black pepper — to taste
Prepare marinade, mixing citrus juice, honey, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, nutmeg, Tabasco. Pour the breasts with marinade and let stand for at least an hour (you can marinate overnight in the fridge). Pull the breasts from the marinade and fry on both sides in a well-heated oil over a large fire. Reduce the heat, pour the marinade along with the tomatoes and zest. Salt, pepper, cover and simmer for 35 minutes. Ready chicken to take out, the remaining sauce boil until thickened and then pour them meat. So you can cook and fish.
