Chicken fillet-400 g
Hard cheese-50 g
Spinach-50 g

Chicken pockets with spinach and garlic

Garlic — 2-3 cloves
Salt-to taste
Olive oil — 1-2 tbsp


1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Spinach choose young, it is more gentle and fragrant.
2. If the Breasts are large, cut them into pieces, thick enough to make a cut inside. In each piece, make an incision to get a pocket. Salt the Breasts to taste inside and out.
3. Prepare the filling: grate hard cheese, add chopped spinach and garlic passed through the press. Stir everything.
4. Fill the pockets with prepared stuffing.
5. Seal the incision with toothpicks so that during baking the filling does not leak out and sealed inside. Lay out chicken pockets on a baking sheet or in a form, lubricate with a small amount of olive oil. Send in the oven, preheated to 180ºC, for 20-25 minutes. From time to time, lubricate the pockets with olive oil, so that they have a beautiful Golden color on top.
6. Chicken pockets with spinach and garlic are ready. Serve them whole or cut into pieces.
