Chocolate dessert

 

Ingredients
bitter chocolate — 200 g
egg yolk — 2 pcs.
sugar — 70 g
cream (30% fat content) — 200 ml


Butter — 100 g
thick strawberry jam — 150 g
a few sprigs of mint — to taste
Preparation:
Chocolate is broken and, stirring, melt in a hot water bath. Pour into a board covered with a film, evenly distribute and put into the refrigerator for 5 minutes.

From the resulting chocolate plate, cut the circles with a diameter of about 6 cm and put them in the refrigerator until completely solidified.

To whip the egg yolks with sugar mixer. Pour the cream and, stirring, heat on a hot water bath. Allow to cool. Add a soft oil and beat until a lush mass is obtained.

For one circle of chocolate in the middle, put a spoonful of jam, let out the prepared cream around from the syringe. Top another chocolate circle and repeat it several times (about 5 layers). Top decorate with rosettes of cream.
