This dessert has a crispy crust on the outside and remains soft or liquid on the inside. the dessert is very exquisite, usually served with vanilla cream, caramel sauce or fresh berries. 200 gr.- chocolate’s


2 PCs. — eggs
100 gr.- butter
3 PCs. — egg yolk
70 gr.- the sahara
50 gr.- sorrow
salt to taste

1.Preheat the oven 200C. Prepare a cake pan or several small cake molds.
2.Grease them with butter and sprinkle with flour.
3.Place a large, large bowl of water on the fire. Bring to boil. Top set a bowl that will not touch the bottom of the boiling pan, but only will be parted from the boiling water. Put in a bowl of chocolate cut into small pieces, add the butter cut into cubes.Choose chocolate 70 % — it will give the dessert a real chocolate taste.
4.Chocolate and butter should melt slowly. Gently stir the contents, the mass should be uniform and smooth.
5.Remove the bowl from the steam bath and allow to cool – the chocolate mass should not be hot.
6.Separate the yolks from the whites from the 3 eggs.
7.Put the yolks in a bowl. Add sugar and mix thoroughly with a mixer. The mass should be lush and white.
8.Pour the egg mixture into the liquid and warm chocolate and mix thoroughly with a mixer. If the chocolate is very hot, the eggs may curl.
9.Add a pinch of salt and flour to the chocolate-egg mixture. Mix thoroughly with a mixer. Should get a thick and viscous mass, the consistency of thick sour cream.
10.Put the mixture into prepared molds. Fill the forms completely, the dough will not rise much. 11.Put in the oven for 6-8 minutes.
12.The main thing is to determine the baking time. Keep an eye on the dough in the oven: when the top «grabbed» and even slightly cracked, immediately take out the dessert, otherwise the dough will be baked completely and inside it will not be liquid.
13.If forms are not large, the time about the baked goods will take 7 minutes.
14.Remove the fondant from the oven, allow to cool a little, a minute or two, and serve until the fondant is hot and fragrant.
