Chocolate milk jelly


Ingredients for 4 servings:
chocolate 50% cocoa 120 grams
gelatin 10 grams

Chocolate milk jelly

milk 550 ml.

Preparation recipe:

Gelatin soaked in 50 ml of milk and give to swell. Chocolate finely chop and put in a bowl. Swollen gelatin combine with the remaining milk in a saucepan and put on the stove. Warm to gelatin dissolution, but do not bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Pour into a bowl of chocolate and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir and punch with a blender until smooth. Pour into molds. Put into the fridge until fully hardened, about 3-4 hours. Serve.
