Ingredients:
Cottage cheese fat-free — 300 g
Eggs — 6 pieces
Milk 1% — 1 tbsp
Oat bran — 6 tbsp. l.

Poppy — 30 g
Lemon — to taste
Sweetener — to taste

Preparation:
