Cottage cheese casserole in a slow cooker


We will need:

Cottage cheese soft-400 g,
Eggs – 3 PCs.,
Kefir-200 ml,
Sugar – 100 g,

Cottage cheese casserole in a slow cooker

Semolina-50 g,
Salt-1 pinch,
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon,
Butter – 1 tablespoon.

Whisk eggs with sugar using a blender.

Add cottage cheese and kefir, mix well with a blender at low speed, the mixture should become homogeneous.

Mix all the dry ingredients and pour them into the curd mass, stir.

Grease the multi-cooker pan with oil, pour the mixture into the pan. Cook on the «Baking» 30-40 minutes.

Serve with jam and berries.
