COTTAGE CHEESE CASSEROLE

 

Ingredients:
• 400 g of cottage cheese
* 4 tablespoons of semolina
* 2 tablespoons of sugar
* a pinch of salt and soda
* vegetable oil to lubricate the mold

Preparation:

COTTAGE CHEESE CASSEROLE

1. Mix semolina, sugar, salt and soda, add cottage cheese and knead the dough well.
2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the molds with oil.
3. Spread cottage cheese on the bottom (it is desirable that the casserole was in the thickness about 3 cm) and bake for 25-30 minutes.
4. Cool a little and turn upside down to take out dessert.
5. Cut the casserole into small portions, serve with condensed milk or jam.
