Cottage cheese with raspberries

The recipe for a delicate dessert, which will be loved by those who follow the figure.

frozen raspberry — 150 g
cottage cheese (fat content 18%) — 800 g

Cottage cheese with raspberries

eggs — 4 pcs.
sugar — 300 g
Vanilla Sugar — 1/2 Sachet
Butter — 250 g
sour cream (fat content 33%) — 150 g
Raspberries, without thawing, put in a small scoop, pour in 2 tbsp. l. water and, stirring, heat on a small fire to make the berries thaw. Then bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Grind with a blender and rub through a frequent sieve. Allow to cool.

Cottage cheese rub through a frequent sieve twice. Egg whipped with a whisk of plain and vanilla sugar. Put on a hot water bath and, stirring constantly, cook until thick. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Prepared curd to combine with mashed raspberries and sour cream. Add the cooled egg creamy mass and soft butter. To stir thoroughly.

The resulting mass is transferred to gauze, folded twice, and placed in a cold place under the press for 36 hours. Then shift to a plate and decorate as desired.
