Ingredients :
milk 3,5% 1 liter
salt 1 tsp
sour cream 400 grams
eggs 3 PCs.

We give a little to drain the serum, then wrap the edges of the towel to the top of the cheese, put the load on top — I have a suitable diameter pan with cold water. Leave the design for a couple of hours at room temperature.
