Creme brulee under the crust


For 4 servings:

Ingredients
vanilla — 1/2 pod
milk — 250 ml

Creme brulee under the crust

egg or creamy liqueur — 100 ml
dry mix for making cream ice cream — 200 g
brown sugar — 4 tbsp. l.
Preparation:

Half a vanilla pod carefully cut with a sharp knife along and take out the seeds. Milk pour into the ladle, add vanilla seeds and heat to a boil. Strain through gauze. In the resulting vanilla milk pour in the liquor and mix.

Add a dry mixture to make a cream ice cream and beaten with a mixer until a thick mass of a uniform consistency is obtained. Expand it in small molds or bowls, then put into a freezer for 5 hours.

Frozen ice cream in the molds get out and leave at room temperature for about 5 minutes. Then top with each dessert sprinkle with brown sugar and quickly burn with a gas burner to make it caramelized. Immediately submit to the table. If desired, the dessert can be decorated with any fresh berries.
