Crumble with hazelnuts, rhubarb and strawberries

For 4 servings:

300 g of rhubarb
300 g strawberries
130 g white sugar

Crumble with hazelnuts, rhubarb and strawberries

90 g of butter
130 g of clarified hazelnut
100 g of wholemeal flour
60 g of brown sugar
50 g of oat flakes
Preparation:

Clean rhubarb, wash and cut into small slices.

Strawberries should be gently washed, brushed and cut into cubes. Prepared rhubarb and strawberries put in a small frying pan. Sprinkle with white sugar, add 30 g of butter and heat. Stew on a small fire for about 5 minutes. Arrange according to the baking molds.

For crumbly hazelnuts finely chop, then mix thoroughly with flour, the remaining butter, brown sugar and oat flakes.
The resulting mixture is spread over strawberries with rhubarb in molds and bake for 15 minutes at 190 °.
