Dessert of champagne — A festive recipe

A festive recipe for a delicious dessert from champagne for 4 servings.

gelatin — 10 g
of apple juice — 100 ml

granulated sugar — 150 g
juice and peel — from 1/2 lemon
pink champagne — 500 ml
strawberries — 8 berries
cream for whipping — 150 g
Wash gelatin. Pour apple juice in a saucepan, add 100 g of sugar, juice and 1/2 peel of lemon. Boil.

Swell the gelatin in a water bath and add to the resulting syrup. Blend the mixture and combine it with champagne.

Strawberries are spread out by glasses and in each pour the prepared mixture by about 2/3. Clean in the cold at night.

Cream the whipped cream with the remaining sugar and spread on glasses with frozen jelly. You can decorate with berries or mint leaves. Immediately submit to the table.
