Eggplant rolls



Eggplant (medium) — 1 PC —
Cottage cheese-200 g
Garlic-1 clove
Cheese (hard) — 50 g

Eggplant rolls

Parsley-1 bunch
Vegetable oil-for frying
Salt — to taste
Pepper — to taste


1. Cut the eggplant into strips. Sprinkle the strips with salt, let lie for 10 minutes and Pat with a paper towel.
2. Grease each strip with a cooking brush with vegetable oil. So eggplant will not gain extra oil, as it happens when frying in oil.
3. Fry the eggplant in a dry hot pan. Put the fried strips on a paper towel.
4. Garlic cloves chop. It is best to grind it into a paste with a knife on the cutting Board, adding a little salt. A bunch of parsley finely chopped. Mix greens with garlic. With a good spoon. Mix cottage cheese with herbs and grated cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. On a slice of eggplant put a spoonful of cottage cheese. Wrap in rolls to stab with a toothpick.
