Fish cutlets with carrots

Ingredients:
500 g of fish (tilapia, hake, cod)
1 carrot
50 g low-fat cheese

Fish cutlets with carrots

1 onion
1 egg
2 tbsp. spoons of natural yogurt
Spices (dried basil, garlic, coriander, dill, cumin, black ground pepper)

Preparation:
Finely chop the fish.
To the chopped fish add all the other products: cheese, onions and carrots, grated on a fine grater, yogurt, egg, spices and salt.
Spoon thoroughly mix our stuffing.
We make small cutlets with our hands, put them into a frying pan and fry.
You can bake in the oven.
