Fish soup with parsley, potatoes and corn

 

INGREDIENTS:
● 500 g fillet of cod
● 2 large bunch of parsley
● 1 bulb onion
● 1 bunch green onions

Fish soup with parsley, potatoes and corn

● 6 tbsp olive oil
● 2 cloves of garlic
● 4 potatoes
● 200 g fresh or canned corn kernels
● 100 ml cream 33% fat
● salt and pepper

PREPARATION:
Parsley wash, dry and tear leaves from stems. Garlic peel, chop. Potatoes wash, peel, cut into cubes. Rinse fish and cut into portions. Onion finely chopped. To enable «Control» to set the temperature of 160°C, heat olive oil, fry the onions, 5 min., then add the garlic and potatoes. Cook 5 min. Pour in 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil and cook for 10 min. the Leaves of parsley and green onions chop and add to the soup along with the fish and corn. Season with salt and pepper, cook 5 min. Pour the cream and stir. Fish soup is ready.
