Fragrant cake with pears

 

Ingredients:

The same size pears — 3 PCs —
Sugar syrup-600 ml
Vanilla pod-1 PC —

For the dough:

Butter-100 g

Fragrant cake with pears

Powdered sugar-70 g
Vanilla pod-1 PC —
Egg — 1 PC.
Wheat flour-200 g
Salt-1 pinch

For filling:

Crushed almonds-100 g
Powdered sugar-100 g
Butter-100 g
Wheat flour-20 g
Large eggs — 2 PCs.
Rum-2 tablespoons

Preparation:

1. Wash pears, cut in half and remove the core. Boil pears in syrup for 10-12 minutes, allow to cool.
2. Beat butter with sugar, add vanilla seeds. Add eggs, alternating with flour, knead the dough.
3. Wrap the dough in foil and cool for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
4. Roll out chilled dough into a disk with a diameter of 30 cm to Shift to a form with a diameter of 21 cm and a depth of 2.5–3 cm, well-pressed to the edges.
5. Cover the dough with aluminum foil, fill with cargo, put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
6. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
7. Bake the cooled base for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the foil with the load to remove and bake for 5 minutes.
8. All ingredients for the filling mix in a food processor until smooth. Pour onto base. Lay out pears, pre-dried.
9. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
