Green salad with berries and cheese — lose weight on health!



for 50 g of any berries (strawberries, currants, raspberries)
150 g of soft cheese or low-fat cottage cheese
70 grams of salad

30 g walnuts
25 g of honey
1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
Preparation: Strawberries cut in half, add raspberries and currants, lettuce leaves (or any other greens that you like) and diced cheese. Sprinkle with walnuts. Slightly poured. Then prepare the dressing: mix the lemon juice with honey and vegetable oil. Add it to the salad. Garnish with sprigs of basil or parsley.
