Grilled teriyaki ribs


Ingredients for 4 servings:
pork ribs 2 kg
Bay leaf 2 PCs.
pea black pepper 10 PCs.

Grilled teriyaki ribs

garlic 3-4 cloves
salt to taste ground black pepper to taste
sauce-marinade teriyaki 100 ml.

Preparation recipe:
Approximate cooking time: 1 hour 50 minutes
The rib tapes are cut into segments of 3-5 ribs. Put in a pot and pour water. Add the Bay leaf, peppers and chopped garlic cloves. Salt to taste, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook the ribs under the lid until soft, about 1-1.5 hours.
Remove the ribs from the broth and give the excess liquid to drain. Put the ribs on the grill and place on the grill over medium heat. Fry, constantly lubricating with teriyaki sauce, on all sides, about 15 minutes in total.
Ready ribs season to taste with black pepper and serve.
