Lasagne with vegetables (Weight loss)


Lasagna is a traditional dish of Italian cuisine. In fact, this pasta sheets with different fillings from several layers and filled with sauce. The filling can be absolutely anything: meat, mushroom, vegetable, cheese. The cheeses in the dish are used exquisitely: Parmesan, mozzarella or ricotta, but most people replace them with ordinary hard cheeses.

Originally, the word «lasagna» meant cooking utensils. In this recipe lasagna is vegetarian, with vegetables. The first time the cooking process may seem complicated, but the second time you will easily and courageously take up the lasagna.

Onions are cleaned and finely chopped.

We chop the garlic with a knife.

Heat the frying pan, pour the butter and fry the onion and garlic for 5-7 minutes.

Meanwhile pepper cut into cubes and add it to vegetables and continue to fry.

Champignons are cleaned and finely chopped.

Zucchini cut into cubes and add to vegetables. Solim, pepper to taste and add white wine. We extinguish 5-7 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and mix thoroughly.

Add the tomato paste and stew for 20 minutes under the closed lid.

In the meantime, grind parsley and add it to mushrooms and vegetables. Mix well.

In a separate container, mix the egg and cottage cheese. Solim and pepper to taste.

Add grated Parmesan (leave a little for the powder). Mix well.

In the baking dish, put a little of our mixture.

Then we spread the sheets of lasagna.

We spread a mixture of cheese, eggs and cottage cheese. We distribute it evenly over the entire surface.

Spread the mozzarella, cut into plates.

Then the vegetable mixture. And so several layers.

Top with grated parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and send to the oven for 20 minutes, preheated to 180 degrees. After the time, remove the foil and continue baking for 7-10 minutes.
