Lazy legs


You will need:

1 pack of chicken thighs,
2 carrots,
2 onions,
1 Bank of canned corn,

Lazy legs

a glass (200 ml) of rice (we have a variety of Jasmine),
500 ml of boiling water or broth
pepper paprika,
spices to taste,
vegetable oil for frying.

How to cook:

1. With corn drain the fluid. Onions clear and finely chop. Carrot peel and grate on a grater.
2. Fry in a pan onions and carrots. Add to the pan the rice, the corn, stir to absorb oil.
3. Put the mixture in the form. Pour two cups of boiling water or hot broth.
4. The chicken RUB on all sides with salt, pepper and paprika. Spread on the rice. Cover with foil and place in oven.
5. Bake for one hour at 200° C.

When serving, decorate with greens.
