1. First, calculate the calorie content of the future cake. It’s no secret that usually «Napoleon» has a caloric content of 450-500 calories. Thanks to the use of sugar substitute, ryazhenka and a small amount of oil, it is possible to reduce the calorie content of the dish. Remember that changing the ingredients, you also change the caloric value (ie, it needs to be recounted).

2. From the ryazhenka, half the margarine, 5 tablets sugar substitute (dissolve in a tablespoon of water), 350 g of flour and baking powder knead the dough. Roll the dough into a sausage, which needs to be divided into 6 parts. Each of the parts obtained is rolled into a boll, coated with vegetable oil and sent to the refrigerator for half an hour.
After half an hour, take the dough out and roll out the thin cakes along the diameter of the multivark, send them to bake. Layfhak for «uncompleted» housewives — instead of a rolling-pin, you can use a clean glass container (for example a 0.5 liter can without a label).

4. Finely chop the chocolate to decorate. Cuttings of the cakes can be brought to a golden color in the multivark. Spread each cake with cream, including the top and sides. Decorate the cake with crumbs and chocolate. Give «Napoleon» a day to insist.
