Meat cutlets in Finnish with chanterelles

The recipe for cooking meat cutlets in Finnish with chanterelles. For stuffing, you can take beef, veal or lamb.

For 4 servings:

white bread — 1 slice
bulb — 1 pc.

garlic — 2 cloves
parsley — 2 sprigs
vegetable oil — 4 tbsp. l.
minced meat — 750 g
egg — 1 pc.
mustard — 2 tbsp. l.
chanterelles — 500 g
salt, ground black pepper — to taste

1. With bread cut the crust, pour 150 ml of cold water and leave for 15 minutes.

2. Peel onion and garlic. Wash the parsley, drain it and chop it finely.
In a frying pan heat 2 tbsp. l. butter and lightly brown the onions with garlic. Add half the parsley and heat all together for 1 min. Let cool, combine with meat, egg, mustard. Salt, pepper and mix. From the resulting stuffing to form balls. Grill on all sides.

3. Chanterelles chop and fry on the remaining oil. Add parsley, salt and cook for 5 minutes. Serve on the table with cutlets. You can sprinkle with green onions.
