Meat nests with mushrooms and quail eggs


Ingredients for 4 servings:

pork minced meat 600 grams
mushrooms 200 grams
sour cream, 15-25% 3 tbsp.
flour 1 tsp

Meat nests with mushrooms and quail eggs

onion medium-1 PC. eggs 1 PC.
quail eggs 8 PCs.
granular mustard 1 tablespoon
dining room mustard 1 tsp
breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons
salt & pepper to taste

Preparation recipe:

Put in a bowl the mince, breadcrumbs, mustard, beat egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Mushrooms cut into slices, and dice the onion. Fry in vegetable oil. Add flour and fry, stirring, 1 minute. Then add sour cream and cook, stirring, for another 1 minute. Remove from heat. Minced meat is divided into 8 parts (in the photo — more portions). From each on a baking sheet lay out here is a nest: Bake the nest in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Remove from the oven, in the recess put the mushroom mass, which in turn also make a small recess. In the deepening of the mushrooms in each pocket crack 1 quail egg.
