Mousse “Amaretto”

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:
gelatin 7 grams
water 3 tablespoons

Mousse “Amaretto”

yolks 2 PCs.
sugar 40
milk 75 ml.
Amaretto 100 ml.
cream 33%, 200 ml.
almonds 20 grams

Recipe: gelatin soaked in water. Beat the yolks with the sugar until light weight. The swollen gelatin is combined with Amaretto and milk. Put it on the stove on medium heat while stirring bring to dissolve the gelatin (do not boil!). At constant stirring pour in the egg yolks. For loyalty and convenience, you can not interfere with the yolks with a whisk, and beat with a mixer at low speed. Pour the mass into a wide bowl or form and put in the refrigerator. Give to harden to a gel state-that is, the mass should thicken somewhat, but not yet turn into jelly. It took me about an hour. Remove the thickened mass from the refrigerator and beat with a mixer to give a uniform consistency. Separately, beat the cream. Add them to the mass. Gently stir with a spatula movements from the bottom up. Spread mousse on a portion kremanki or glasses. Put in the refrigerator until solidification, for another 2-3 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped roasted almonds. Bon appetit!
