Oatmeal with fruit (weight loss)

Instead of honey, you can use a sugar substitute or simply not add anything. Fruits will provide the necessary sweetness.

Ingredients
oat flakes — 160 g
brewed mint tea 750 ml
liquid honey — 2 tbsp. l.

Oatmeal with fruit

apple — 1 pc.
plum or nectarine — 1 pc.
banana — 1 pc.
grapes — 50 g
chopped walnuts — 2 tbsp. l.
Preparation
In the evening flakes pour 500 ml of cold mint tea, mix and put into the refrigerator for the night.

In the morning, leave the remaining tea to a boil in a saucepan and add the soaked oat flakes to it. Stirring, bring to a boil again and cook for 5 minutes. Cover the pan and leave it on the hot plate for 5 minutes.

Apple and plum (nectarine) cut into small slices, banana — circles. Grapes to wash and well to dry.

Mix hot gruel with honey and spread out on plate plates. In each add the prepared fruit and grapes. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
