Kefir-1 Cup
Mineral water for pancakes-1 Cup
Cottage cheese-200 gr.

Starch — 2 tablespoons.
Vinegar — 1 tbsp + 1/2 tsp baking soda
Sour cream — 3 tbsp
Sunflower seed oil

Prepare the pancakes:
Mix in a bowl egg, kefir, starch, salt, sugar mixer at medium speed. Add to the dough half flour, stir.
Add the soda extinguished with vinegar, the remaining flour and water to the dough, mix so that there are no lumps of flour, and before frying, let the dough stand for five minutes. Fry the pancakes on both sides for 30-40 seconds.

Prepare the filling:
To do this, finely chop the washed herbs. Put cottage cheese, herbs, salt and sour cream in a blender bowl and mix.
Grease each pancake with cottage cheese and roll up.
