Pasta with chili pepper (Italian dish)

The recipe for a spicy Italian pasta.

For 4 servings:

Ingredients
frozen chanterelles — 500 g
cherry tomatoes — 300 g

Pasta with chili pepper (Italian dish)

a pepper of chili pepper — 1 small
thyme and parsley — 1 branch
garlic — 2 cloves
olive oil — 2 tbsp. l.
Butter — 30 g
dry white wine — 150 ml
pasta — 400 g
salt, ground black pepper — to taste
Preparation:

Chanterelles cook in boiling salted water for 15 minutes and then recline on a sieve. Wash tomatoes and cut into halves. Pepper chili, removing the seeds, cut into thin circles. Sprigs of thyme and parsley to wash, dry and cut off leaves. Parsley cut into strips. Chesnok clean and finely chop.

In a large frying pan heat the olive oil and lightly brown the chesnock. Then add the creamy, dissolve it and lay out the mushrooms. Fry, stirring, on high heat for 5 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes, chili and warm for 3 minutes. Pour in the wine and simmer for 10 minutes.

Pour the pasta in salted water (8 minutes). Fold it back in a sieve, then put into a frying pan in mushrooms with vegetables. Salt, pepper and mix. Warm everything together. Sprinkle with parsley and thyme before serving.
