Pilaf with chicken.

 

You will need:

Chicken fillet — 3 pieces
Carrots — 1 kg
Rice — 0.5 kg

Pilaf with chicken.

Seasoning (for pilau) — 1 tbsp. l.
Salt (to taste)
Garlic — 5 tooth.

How to cook:

1. In a saucepan, heat olive oil, pour rice into it and mix well.
2. Then pour the rice with boiling water, so that the water completely covers it (by 2 cm), salt to taste, put on a slow fire until the water evaporates completely.
3. Peel the garlic from the husks, cut each tooth into 2 halves.
4. Add garlic to the rice, mix, cover and add another 100 ml of water, leave on low heat for 7-10 minutes.
5. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.
6. Grate the carrots on a large grater.
7. Frying pan with oil to heat on the stove. Send carrots and chicken to it. Fry for 10 minutes, then let it sink under the lid for another 5 minutes.
8. Put the rice in a bowl, add the dressing from chicken fillet and carrots, mix thoroughly.
